End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using this webpage and any software downloaded from it, you consent that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms specified in the following End User License Agreement (EULA).

1)License Grant:

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use this software for personal use only. You may not sell, give, lend, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software to any third party. This license is limited to the version of the software downloaded, and updates or upgrades may require a new agreement.

2)Usage Restrictions:

You shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or create derivative works based on the software. You may not use the software to develop any competitive or similar product. Unauthorized use of the software beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of this license.

3)Assumption of Risk:

The use of this software is entirely at your own risk. While we have tested the software thoroughly, there is always a possibility of bugs or issues. If the software is a Beta version, it is acknowledged that some bugs exist, and performance may vary. The software has been tested to work as intended on our systems, but we cannot guarantee it will work as intended on your system due to differences in system configurations, third-party software, or hardware incompatibilities.

4)Disclaimer of Warranties:

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These limitations of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Workflow IT Software AB does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements, that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects in the software will be corrected. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Workflow IT Software AB or through the software shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this agreement.

5)Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Workflow IT Software AB, or any associated person or entity, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if Workflow IT Software AB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions may provide additional rights, in which case those rights prevail.

6)Data Collection and Privacy:

By using this software, you acknowledge and agree that Workflow IT Software AB may collect and use data related to your use of the software, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and software, for the purpose of improving the software and ensuring compliance with this EULA. Workflow IT Software AB ensures that all data collection is compliant with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users within the European Union. All data collection is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

7)Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the use of the software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sweden except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters related to intellectual property rights.

8)Amendments:

Workflow IT Software AB reserves the right to modify or amend this EULA at any time, with or without notice. In the event of material changes to this EULA, users will be notified and required to accept the updated terms before continuing to use the software. Continued use of the software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The latest version of the EULA will be available on our website.

9)Acceptance:

By agreeing to this EULA, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, do not download, install, or use the software in any manner.
